Each Logo comes with two refinement rounds.
Blunt+ comes with up to two broader adjustments across the system.
Small tweaks? No problem. Major changes? We'll keep it simple and honest about what's possible.
Timing.
If we're busy, we'll say so upfront.
Refunds.
We want you to be confident placing your order.
If the initial design direction isn’t right, we’ll work with you to refine it.
If it’s clear the direction isn’t a fit, a refund can be issued before final logo delivery.
Once final files are approved and delivered, refunds are no longer available.
