Terms of Service.

Logo orders begin once we confirm your reference and direction.

Brand Kit orders begin once the logo route is chosen.

We communicate by email unless agreed otherwise.

Most work is delivered within the stated timeframe, but this can vary slightly depending on workload.

If there is a delay, we'll say so directly.

Logo includes two refinement rounds.

Blunt+ includes two broader adjustments across the full system.

Revisions must stay within the chosen direction.

Changing the idea entirely counts as a new project.

You receive the right to use the final logo and brand assets for personal or commercial use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own original creation.

We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

We want you to be confident placing your order.

If the initial design direction isn’t right, we’ll work with you to refine it.

If it’s clear the direction isn’t a fit, a refund can be issued before final logo delivery.

Once final files are approved and delivered, refunds are no longer available.

Please respond within a reasonable timeframe so we can keep your project moving.

If we don't hear back for 14 days, the project is considered complete.

Logo delivery: 72 hours.

Brand Kit: 5 days.

Revisions: usually within 24 hours.

These times apply once we have your references or approval on direction.

Payment is taken upfront through Stripe.

We do not begin work without payment.

Your files and references stay confidential.

We don't share or use them outside your project.

blunt.design is not liable for any issues arising from how the logo or brand assets are used once delivered (e.g., trademark conflicts, colour reproduction differences, platform compression, printing errors).

It is your responsibility to verify trademarks if necessary.
